These terms cover using Renkonta during early access. Short version: it is an invoicing tool, not tax advice; be accurate with your data; subscriptions will be billed through the app stores when live.
What Renkonta is
Software for creating invoices and reconciling freelance income into accountant-ready exports. Launch focus: Austria and Bulgaria, EUR ledger.
What Renkonta is not
Not tax advice, not accounting services, not a bank. Figures the app produces are calculations for review by you or your accountant. Verify before filing — statutory rules change and remain your responsibility.
Your account and data
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter and for the invoices you issue with it.
Subscriptions
During early access the app is free. When paid plans go live they will be sold as in-app subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play, with prices, trial and cancellation terms shown before purchase. Store rules govern billing and refunds.
Early access
The product is under active development and provided as-is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features while in early access; your export right (above) always applies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
To be completed with the company registration before public launch (expected: Austrian law, consumer protections unaffected).
