Terms of service

Who operates Renkonta

Renkonta is operated by Martin Tomov, an individual developer based in Bulgaria. Contact: hello@renkonta.com.

What Renkonta is

Software for creating invoices and reconciling freelance income into accountant-ready exports. Every EU country, plus Norway and Switzerland; EUR ledger.

What Renkonta is not

Not tax advice, not accounting services, not a bank. Figures the app produces are calculations for review by you or your accountant. Verify before filing — statutory rules change and remain your responsibility.

Your account and data

Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter and for the invoices you issue with it.

You decide how your client and invoice records are used; we process them on your instructions. Only enter personal data you are authorised to use, provide the notices required for your business, and keep the records needed for your own accounting duties. Renkonta is not designed to handle health data or other special categories of personal data, or criminal-record data; do not include them in invoice descriptions, notes or uploads.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold as in-app subscriptions through the App Store only — never on the web. Prices, trial and cancellation terms are shown by the store before purchase; store rules govern billing and refunds.

Product changes

We may add or change features over time. Your applicable statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected. You can export your records through the app; export any records you need before deleting your account.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you use Renkonta as a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections afforded to you under the law that would apply without this choice, including the law of your country of habitual residence where applicable. Applicable EU law continues to apply. These terms do not require consumers to bring claims exclusively in Bulgaria.
