Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings → Delete account. The app asks you to confirm twice, then deletes your account right away.

This permanently removes your invoices, clients, transactions and company profile — and the login itself. There is no grace period and no undo.

Lost access to the app?

Email hello@renkonta.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.

What the law may keep

Invoice documents can be subject to statutory retention periods (typically 7–10 years, country-dependent). Where that applies, we keep only what the law requires, for as long as it requires — nothing else survives deletion.
